In the modern era the qualities, the capabilities and the power that security guards have to handle terrorist attacks is based primarily on the level of investment has been made to train them. The conclusions that have been reached determine that the modern – day security guard is a sort of “package deal” – which is to say that his training is composed of three things :
- Stage A – lectures integrated with practical and tactical studies – classroom + aircraft.
- Stage B – unarmed warfare – close combat combined with advanced tactical drilling.
- Stage A + Stage B – a combination of target range shooting under aircraft -simulated conditions (seats, bus).
The objective : To conduct training, at the conclusion of which we will have a security guard who has been invested in, who has tactical abilities, who is wise, experienced and who understands how and when to become involved in the operation.
Security guards who have graduated from the course will also be qualified to undertake screening and inspection activities prior to and during the course of the flights and, of course, their efforts will be directed towards prevention.
