May 31st, 2011A 1 day workshop -“How to read the interviewer like a book” – Read beyond words.

Body language reflects accurately one´s emotional and mental state. Non verbal signs are very effective. They have a crucial influence on communication processes, on the impression one creates, the manner in which he is treated by others and his performance. Understanding the messages transmitted through the body is of considerable importance in order to improve communication skills, to advance one’s personal and professional targets and to increase personal effectiveness in inter-personal contacts.
What we don´t say is frequently louder than what we do say. We constantly give and receive non-verbal messages, often revealing our attitudes and feelings before we say a single word. Our training workshop help develop a greater awareness of the non-verbal messages we all send and helps us become more aware of the non-verbal messages sent by others. By increasing our understanding of non-verbal messages, we greatly improve our ability to communicate and to work effectively with others
